I wish I had found Linda sooner than later. Linda was not our 1st realtor and I sure wish she would have been. She was very knowledgeable about market conditions both at the time and what was predicted for the future. She had plenty of excellent tips on what to do and what not to do for selling our house. She was up front and realistic in her approach. I appreciated the fact that nothing was candy coated to give you that feel good feeling as that’s not going to sell your house.
